Jeff's new post

So on Monday we worked on the piece CJ transposed and we decided to give me the first part. This was beecause I do not have a F attachment trombeone and can not physically play the notes on the music. So CJ took the 3rd part and I took the first and I need to practice for the piece.

I have a preliminary list of songs from LoZ that I hope to include some way in the medley:
Ocarina main title theme, Hyrule Field , Zelda's Lullaby, Kaepora Gaebora's theme*, Lon Lon Ranch theme, the Sun Song, Lost Woods , Market theme, Kakariko Village theme*, Great Fairy's Fountain* , Temple of Time, Windmill Hut/Song of Storms, Prelude of Light, Gerudo Valley, Majora Title/Clock Town theme, Mayor's House Council Room*, Termina Field (LoZ main theme adaptation)*, Elegy of Emptiness, Calling the Four Giants*

All of these can be listened to on the link (get it?) I posted a short while ago. If any of the group wants to add or subtract a song, post it on the blog for my consideration.

*I am on the fence about including these songs

trombone status (C.J.)

I forgot to mention in one of my previous posts but my trombone's slide was dented while our group was attempting to do the trombone suicide blind folded. I'm not blaming anybody, especially not Jeff. I took it in to be repaired and it should be ready sometime tomorrow.

Cool discovery (C.J.)

I found a cool website that has literally all of the Legend of Zelda music for Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask. This will make my work a lot easier.

We finally were able to practice the piece CJ wrote. It is kind of hard because it is phisically impossible for my trombone to play one of the notes in the piece so for now I have to fake the note or use CJ's trombone. If I only had a F attachment this would be easy but i don't.
